Buying directly from the factory doesn’t always guarantee the lowest prices. We have long relations with many European factories and buy glassware in enormous quantites at excellent prices, which are not readily offered to all customers.
We often buy items from factories during quiet times to take advantage of discounts. We store these items and offer them at great prices later on.

We provide a complete service for sourcing glassware, from START to FINISH! You tell us what you want and we deliver it direct to your door. This means we take care of:
– designing and sampling prototypes – help selecting suitable factories
– overseeing production
– quality control
– packaging your products
– storage of your items
– delivery to your door or to port
When sourcing direct from the factories, you would need to do this yourself with each factory, which can be very difficult. That would leave you much less time to concentrate on what you do best: growing your brand, fulfilling your ideas, and boosting your sales!

YES, this is fundamental to our success! We design shapes or cuts according to client expectations and target price. We have designed countless products over the years and additionally have a series of moulds for machine vases, stemware, and tumblers that are exclusive to our company and are not available to buy direct from the factories.

Yes, we have four. One in England, but three at our logistics centre in Slovakia, which is centrally located and close to all of the leading European factories. We have combined storage space for over 4000 pallets and your products can have a single exit point.
Yes, we work very closely with local cutters. We sand-badge, laser etch, and apply Swarovski® crystals in house. We often source blank glasses from multiple factories and decorate in a single design – rarely possible if sourcing yourself directly from factories.
We often buy daily production runs from factories and then break down these quantities for our customers. Typically, a minimum factory production run for stemware is 20,000 pieces. This is prohibitively high for many customers so they choose to buy from our stock instead. Our MOQs are typically 240-1000 units, depending on the type of glass, decoration and packaging.
We keep over 1 million EUR worth of stock at any one time. These are mainly blank glasses, which we decorate and pack to order. This means we can complete your order from exsiting stock without having to wait for a production allocation at the factories (in some cases this is over 12 months!)
Yes, we only charge for items once they are complete and ready to ship. This means that we pay for tooling, boxes, glass, decoration, etc. often months ahead of shipping. Your cashflow is, therefore, kept free to grow your business during this time.
Yes, we only supply glass and crystal products. Our philosophy is to concentrate on one commodity and to excel at it. By working with us you are buying into our experience.
We never increase our price after sending an ORDER CONFIRMATION. The price that is confirmed is the price that will be invoiced. No nasty surprises!
